Each month, CDR features a spotlight of one of our employees. This month we are learning more about Rachel Norjen, an Account Coordinator, Direct Mail.

What is your favorite thing about working at CDR?

Helping non-profits be able to achieve their missions!

What is your guilty pleasure?

Dunkin iced coffee

Who do you donate to or volunteer with?

I donate to Terp Thon, University of Maryland’s Miracle Network Dance Marathon program.

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Chicken Caesar Salad

Where was the last place you traveled (for fun or for work)?

Over the summer, I went on a road trip to Philadelphia, NYC, and Connecticut with one of my friends.

Where is one city or country you would love to visit?

I really want to go to New Zealand.

What was your first job and what did it teach you?

My first job was at Merriweather Post Pavilion as a member of the Event Staff. This job taught me that not everyone has an appreciation for customer service workers and it also taught me the value of a dollar.

If you could be a super hero, which one would you be?

I would want to be one that flies because that just seems like a fun way to get around.

Tell us about your pets?

I have a rescue dog named Bailey who is almost 3 years old. He loves to run and play, but hes also very chill and loves to snuggle on the couch.

What TV show would you be on if you could?

Basically any crime show as one of the detectives or agents.
